The restaurant
The restaurant offers many Umbrian specialities: wild game, wild boar,
roast meats, dishes with green asparagus or truffles ..... and so on.
Roasted meats, toasted bread (bruschetta), grilled vegetables, mushrooms
cooked in the wood burning oven of the restaurant stand for the cookery
tradition of Umbria. All these dishes are seasoned with olive oil produced
in the stone oil-mill of the farm.

The restaurant of the holiday farm-house only seats 70 persons, so that
we can guarantee a wide use of our products and a permanent and direct
participation of the "landlords" who like to give their guests
a hearty and kind welcome.
We do not pretent to be famous cooks, but good food and the preparation
of local specialities is a real passion of us. The menu which we
suggest, also helps our guests to discover the typical local dishes. That's
why we do not serve dishes without a local and rural wine and
food tradition. We furthermore do not use ingredients or products from
other regions, such as sea food or salami, cheese or
oil from other regions. If you like to taste these things, we will be
glad to give you the names of the restaurants next to us which serve them.
Our farm-house restaurant is composed of:
- a banquet room with panoramic view (seats 70 persons, in case of buffet
service it can receive 150 guests)
- a restaurant with panoramic view ( seats 50 persons)
- a panoramic terrace
- saletta con camino
- a bar
- a kitchen-restaurant with fire place and wood burning oven
The menù
Starters:
Toasted bread (bruschetta), salami and local cheese, pickled vegetables,
sourish spring onions and many other products up to a variety of 50 different
types of starters.
Pasta courses:
Tagliatelle with ragout of wild boar, fresh home-made Tortellini with
truffles, Strangozzi with yellow boletus, spelt soup, full-grained Polenta
with sausage ragout and so on.
Main courses:
Fillet with rucola, Parmesan cheese and mild vinegar (aceto balsamico);
beef braised in Barolo-wine, different types of grilled meats.
Desserts:
Cakes with home-made jams and creamy cakes
