The Farm
The biological cultivation of the 100 hectares of land comprises sunflowers, olive trees, wheat, vineyards, apple-orchards and vegetables. In the stone oil-mill the oil is cold squeezed as it was done 2000 years ago.

The DOP certified olive oil, very pure honey, delicious jams, truffled sauces, pickled vegetables, sourish spring onions and other products from the Umbrian country-side can be bought directly from the farmhouse.
